SSA provides youth soccer for the Swansboro Area.  SSA is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization which is dedicated to providing an enjoyable and rewarding experience to youngsters and their families through the game of soccer.

While our program has produced many collegiate and even some professional players, our primary goal has always been to emphasize individual development and growth through participation in the game of soccer.  We strive to do that by offering a quality soccer program for every youth player that focuses on skill development, understanding of the game, teamwork and sportsmanship.

SSA receives no direct public funding.  The main soccer complex is located Hammock Beach Road, and we also use Kropinack Park behind the Family Dollar store on Hwy 24 in Swansboro.

SSA operates under a volunteer board of directors.  Soccer programs provided by SSA are implemented under this organization's by-laws.  All teams formed under SSA's sanction are SSA teams.  No teams sanctioned under SSA belong to any individuals or other organization.  Teams that do not comply with the organizational by-laws will have their sanction revoked.

The Board meets at 7pm on the second Thursday of every month at the SSA Clubhouse (Swansboro Soccer Complex). Meeting are open to everyone!
