Coach Training in Swansboro

SSA Will be Host for Coaching certification for all coaches (Youth I and Youth II Courses) in August.

The fee is 35$ for each course. 

This course will provide the following:

Youth I description:

The Youth I Module is designed to provide the most current information on the growth and development of the youth soccer player.  The Youth I Module concentrate on developmentally appropriate activities for the U6 and U8 player, to prepare the coach to unlock the “game within the child”, provide a better understanding of the specific age characteristics and learn how to place players in age appropriate activities and gain understanding of developmental characteristics of children at this age.  By developing these activities, we are allowing the game to be the teacher while providing a fun, organized, training session without too much stress on the player.  Coaches are expected to participate in all activities; field/lecture/discussion.  The course is a 6 hour course usually from 9 AM to 3 PM and the cost is: $25 for an NCYSA Members/$35 for a Non-members
